John P. Levinski

As, founder of JPL Commercial Real Estate Group, John P. Levinski, has 28 years of a broad commercial real estate experience including successfully closing over $1 billion  commercial real estate in eleven different states (AL, AR, CA, CO, GA, KY, MS, NC, TN, TX, VA).  Property types included office, retail, regional malls, industrial, multi-family, land, pad sites and specialty use buildings.

Experience includes 13 years as a Executive Vice President of Acquisitions/Dispositions with small retail firm, 5 years as Senior Financial Analyst  with a large global commercial real estate firm and several years as third party broker.

John is licensed real estate broker in State of Texas and member of North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.

John received his MBA with dual concentration Management/Marketing and International Business from University of St. Thomas and his BBA in Finance from Texas State University .
